I’m a Personal Trainer with a special focus on biomechanics and post-injury or surgery rehab. I design personalised workouts that help people rebuild strength, improve movement, and get back to feeling their best. My goal is to make sure clients recover safely and gain confidence, using step-by-step progressions that fit their unique needs and goals.

As a mum of two young children, I understand how hard it can be to find the time, energy and motivation to exercise. I want to help women improve their physical and mental wellbeing with regular exercise they can fit into their busy lives. I am also passionate about helping peri-menopausal and post-menopausal women. The gym can feel like an intimidating space, I want to help you overcome that anxiety and feel confident with resistance training to improve your health and confidence in what can be a challenging time of life.
As a qualified GP Referral Specialist and Lower Back Pain Exercise Specialist, I am also able to support clients with more specific needs post injury or illness, by creating an exercise programme that will help you regain your strength, mobility and quality of life.
