We also offer concessions to customers who are eligible for the Everybody Options scheme.

| General Swim | Session open to all. Both lanes available for avid swimmers and also space for free movement to cater for families and users who what a more leisurely swim. |
| Family Swim | Unstructured sessions that are suitable for families attending with children. There will be no lanes for swimming lengths as the sessions are catered for leisure use. |
| Lane Swim | Session targeted for fitness swimmers, single lanes of a variety of speeds for all abilities (Age 8+) |
| Master Swim | Coach led swimming sessions for adults working on stroke technique and endurance, this session is included in a monthly fitness membership (Age 18+) |
| Toddler Splash | Toys available for a fun learner pool session for toddlers and their supporting adult. |
| Learner Pool | Learner pool only available for open access. |
| Fun Session | Rafts and balls available for children and families. |
| Inflatable Session | Large inflatable in the water for children and families. |
