“Just been for my 1st introduction workout. Was not as scary as I thought! I actually really enjoyed it!! ☺️ 1st ever time in a gym and thanks to Gavin who was absolutely amazing for showing me what to do, the nerves soon left. He made me feel comfortable and ensured I knew what I was doing. I highly recommend Gavin to anyone who is nervous about joining a gym. He definitely doesn’t make you feel judged or anxious. Thank you Gavin”
“He really did make me wish I’d gone years ago. Fantastic young man.”

Stephen, who has completed one of our specialist exercise programmes, had a heart attack and wanted to strengthen his heart and muscles but wanted to be monitored to ensure he was doing it correctly. He shares: “There was a good variety of exercises and it was also nice to meet people in similar situations as there was advice available not only from Kevin but advice from others about any aches and pains we were experiencing.
