What is Baby Yoga?

A mother and baby class offering stretches and comfort for all attending through a series of gentles movements to encourage relaxation.

Suitable for : New mums and baby up to 9 months old

What to bring : Water, a mat and a blanket. Mats will be provided if you do not have one

What to wear : Comfortable clothing

** Please ensure that you have been signed off by your doctor at your 6 or 8 weeks check**
